  Hello!

Concerning the cleaning position, thank you for your prompt response. My name is Tommy and my wife name  is Lisa and she's 7 months pregnant, and this our  first child. The house is a 2Bedroom Unfurnished Apartment that is only 3-4 miles away from your city. I'd like you to know that you'll be in charge of general cleaning of hallways (dusting, vacuuming, and mopping), doors, windows, garbage pick-up in common areas, and sweeping, among other things. I currently work as a consultant agent for a Fair Trade Organization (FTO). I'm now outside of the United States and will be returning soon. Before I arrive, I'd like the apartment to be cleaned and maintained.

I will be unable to make payment to you, but I will instruct my secretary to do so. She will send you payment in the form of a business check, which you will receive in 2-3days. This is because I do not want any delays in your cleaning service, and I want the house to appear as clean as possible. I want you to know that if you are ready and eager to clean the house for me, I will pay you $500 Weekly. If you are interested in the task, I will instruct my secretary to send you an advance payment so that you would know how serious I am about the cleaning service.
